 To define procedures for information and knowledge capture, delivery and sharing; to administer and ensure that Data Management procedures are being followed with respect to all new data and that Data Management systems are functioning correctly, as well as ensuring HQ corporate alignment.
 To take primary responsibility for general data quality assurance, including historical and current production data, data alignment with PDVSA, and capture of data from new wells.
 To manage the implementation of Data Management projects, and to ensure deadlines for project delivery are met.
 To provide technical support to all Eni Daci?n staff, covering both data and data management systems & procedures, licensing issues.
 To liaise with Schlumberger SIS staff, Eni Daci?n G&G users and IT support to ensure clarity of purpose and action is maintained.
 To recommend new systems and procedural changes designed to drive quality of data and performance of data handling systems.
 To prepare the annual Data Management budgets, within the group budget for the local support requirement, and to manage G&G team requirements (equipments, software and licenses) for the IT budget.
