My responsibility is day to day operational support, identify root causes for gas plant and water flood operation, planning the work activities, regulating safety activities, using Maximo system for creating work orders for maintenance job,

At present, I am working with Occidental oil and gas (Oman) I am working as lead hand team leader, (Supervisor)
My responsibility is day to day operational support, identify root causes for gas plant and water flood operation, planning the work activities, regulating safety activities, using Maximo system for creating work orders for maintenance job, effective maintenance of performance through HES and STOP program, achieve safety standers as defined in company policy, demonstrates a personal commitment to heath, safety & environment (HES), assist the commissioning and start-up teams as needed, maintain the required technical quality of work produced by discipline assigned staff, supervise discipline and graduate operators, carry out work in accordance with health, safety, environmental and quality system, preparing daily reports for gas process operation including TOWcs, status, midnight, main daily, water flood and gas sales report, achieving production targets and carrying out weekly safety meetings, Lead trouble shooting and diagnostic fault finding, Initiate and document management of change procedures, Liaise with maintenance disciplines with regard to routine and breakdown maintenance, maintaining an overview of the permit to work system and all activities in progress, minimize downtime and contribute to the achievement of production targets, guide the activities of the shift operation technicians, ensuring that all plant process variables recording & logging ,maintain KPI records Pre-job meeting with operators and contractors. and recently I get admission in Heriot-Watt University Dubai Campus to complete my master degree in Petroleum Engineering
