Position: Technical purchasing engineer performing various tasks in the purchasing department; most of which are outlined below:-

• Supervising & controlling purchasing procedures and completeness of purchasing documentary cycle
• Maintaining communication with the Finance department to follow up necessary documentary credit and Bank transfer
• Maintaining efficient communication channels with vendors to ensure timely receipt of offers and quotation, confirmation of purchase orders and delivery date and follow up of shipped orders
• Issuing required reports and purchase status to the Purchasing Manager
• Preparing regular evaluation of vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare regular price list for the monthly delivered Spare parts
• Following up shipment clearance of imported Spare parts.
Utilities department
Assistance of the projects leader attend the completion and the finishing of 2 big projects which are
1- Chilled water system
a- Installation of a chiller 200 ton refrigeration
b- Installation of Four air handling units
c- Valves and Ducts installation
d- Start up of the whole system and training on the microprocessor

2- Fire fighting systems
a- Installation of the systems which are 5 co2 systems , 1 FM 200 system , and sprinkler system
b- Examining the 2 systems with the Supplier and the company consultant to put them in the service
