Duties and Responsibilities :

(July 1996-October 1996)-Auxiliary Area
• Responsible for the Operation, Monitoring and Maintenance of all Euro-
Meds Auxiliary equipment.

(October 1996-March 1998)-New Euro-Med Building Production Expansion
• Assists Project Engineer for the design, lay-out and installation of industrial piping for a new Production building.
• Participate in the Installation of pipes and pipes supports.
• Participate in the Installation and Commissioning of different types of auxiliary machines.

(March 1998 to Date)-Production Sterile Area
• Responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of Bottelpack- BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal) machines such as Bottelpack type 302, ALP type 303 and 305.
• Prepares the Bottlepack machine for production operations including:
 Cleaning of the machine
 Replacement of the air and solution filters when needed
 In-Line-Cleaning of the machine and sampling of water for chemical analysis
 Sterilization of solution lines and Bottlepack
 Filter drying of the Bottlepack machine
 Filter Integrity test of air and solution filters
 Setting up of the Bottlepack machine
• Starts up the Bottlepack machine in accordance with the Standard Operating
Procedure.
• Checks the quality of bottles during production and make the adjustment to correct the defects.
