Over twenty years’ sound experience gained in the Petro-Chemical, Oil/Gas and Marine Industries, both on/offshore, in the U.K. and overseas. Optimize the availability, reliability and service life of major rotating Machinery (gas turbines, turbo-compressors, pumps and diesel engines) determine the required Maintenance Strategy for major Rotating Machinery to achieve target in a cost-effective manner. Prepare scheduling and implementation programs of major Rotating Machinery installation, overhauls and inspection .
Carry out reliability studies, review maintenance practices philosophies and strategies. Developing maintenance programs for major overhauls rotating equipment and installations with the objective of achieving high service factors at optimum cost.
Monitor major Rotating Machinery installation, operation, and maintenance data, vibration trends. Recommend and Implement changes in maintenance strategy as necessary to improve performance.
Perform professional trouble shooting and failure analysis on failed Rotating Machinery components and make recommendations to improve reliability.
Prepare Scope of Work for the contracts tenders of installation, overhauls, inspections and repair of major Rotating Machinery. Review technical documents and drawings for tendering communications with commercial division to clarify all technical queries raised by the contractors.

No formal degree however have held engineering positions and manager positions leading teams of qualified engineers

Managerial, Supervisory, and hands-on experience of Mechanical maintenance and installation of plant equipment both onshore and offshore in the Petrol Chemical industry. Detailed Knowledge of planned and predictive maintenance systems and procedures. In depth experience of heavy rotating equipment, i.e. gas/steam turbines, compressors and pumps. Static equipment including vessels, heat exchangers, valves, scrubbers and pipework.
