2. Have very good experience in issuing engineering paper work Specification, Data sheets, Drawings, calculation and sizing, Power generations, loads and protection for oil and gas facilities reading engineering drawing isometrics, PIDs and utilization of Auto CAD.
3. Have very good experience in Estimation work with a reputed mechanical Contractor in Oil & Gas Industry.
4. Able to fully understand Parts books Drawings, maintenance Schedules, Fire & Gas Drawings and E&I work for Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas Industry.
5. Have very good Knowledge and experience in power generation Field ,industrial diesel and petrol engines, marine engines &gas engines
6. Conversant with mechanical works, Productivity forms for estimation and have previous experience & aptitude to work with PC based Estimation Programs.
7. Have a very good experience with Site facilities (compression, dehydration
etc) within oil and gas HSEMS.
8. Prepare list of Materials along with relevant specifications for Preparation of Material Requisitions.
9. Conversant with checking quotations received from material Vendors and preparation of Commercial/Technical Bid Evaluation.
10. Compile, arrange & maintain mechanical equipments related correspondence.
11. Have a very good experience in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment and devices such as Diesel generators, (caterpillar, Volvo, Cummins & Perkins) systems with very good awareness of preventive maintenance programs.
12. Good Experience in welding tanks used for oil, water& fuel, machining and sheet metal works inside workshop
