General:

Conditions,Diagnosis,Guidelines for

1. Following nursing process in assessing, planning, implementation and evaluating daily individual patient care.
2. Assessing physical and psychological
needs of the client.
3. Monitor vital signs of the clients.
4. Admission of the patients- preparation
of client unit, giving orientation to
patients, notification to physician,
performing physical examination.
Providing basic nursing care to
assigned clients.
3. 5 Meeting nutrition and elimination
4. requirements of patients.
5. 6 Care of surgical wounds and
6. dressings.
7 Handling, care and maintaining count
of poisonous drugs.
8 Teaching and communicating with
patients.
9 Providing clean and safe environment.

11 Recording and reporting care activities and maintains documents.


ICCU Nurse
„X Act as a charge nurse in caring of patients
„X Assist the patient to maintain patent airway
„X Care of patient with ventilator.Assist the patient to maintain skin integrity and hygiene.
„X Cardiac monitoring, ventricular and other wound drains.Assist the perform wound dressing.
„X Pre and postoperative care of patients.
„X Assist for cardio pulmonary resuscitation.
„X Attend ward rounds and carry out orders.
„X Proper administration of medications.
„X Assessing and maintaining of equipments.
„X Checking inventory
