Reporting directly to the Project Manager, in a multi-million euro project.
Quantity Surveying and cost control activity. Managing supply and installation contracts with domestic and foreign suppliers, negotiating new contractual documents, checking and accepting suppliers’ invoices, checking the compliance of the delivery dates with the contractual schedule, taking care of the project budget, creating, keeping and updating specific databases, dealing with customs clearance issues, materials management from fabrication to transportation, warehousing and release for installation, ensuring the interface with the other departments inside the project as well as with local and foreign suppliers and different companies or entities, coordinating intradepartmental and interdepartmental activities at all levels.
