I work since 1998 in Oil & Gas Plants Maintenance, troubleshooting, overhauling, Commissioning and planning for Rotating and Static Equipments such as; Gas turbine, Compressors, Pumps, Gas/diesel engines, Glycol and Water heaters, Heat exchangers, Boilers, Tanks, Pressure vessels, Valves, Pipelines, Desalination VC & R.O units, Deluge system and Fire fighting system in International companies[Suez Oil Company “SUCO” (Oil & Gas Co.) , Cairo Oil Refining Company “ CORC “and Petroleum projects “ PETROJET”
Experience also includes shut down activities, materials and spare parts ordering, prepares tenders scope of work / technical evaluation of bids according to international standards such as ASME ,ANSI and API , training of mechanical engineers & technicians, Measuring, analyzing and implementing of preventive, predictive and corrective Maintenance Strategies, implementing the highest philosophy of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems “CMMS” as Reliability centered maintenance (RCM) to achieve lower costs and higher process reliability
