1-Nov2002 to the present time: Manager of fabrication shop.
During this period I have been respectively manager of two biggest fabrication shops in Machine Sazi Arak company(MSA Co.), Arak, Iran (see note). First two years manager of a shop making steel bridges of different types (Arc bridges, Truss bridges, beams, boxes) and steel structures including combined cycle power plants facilities such as Casing and Duct panels, then up to now manager of a newly stablished and the biggest shop (I am the first manager of this shop) making heavy pressure vessels, heavy heat exchangers, heavy towers, power plants equipment such as high pressure (HP) drums, low pressure (LP) drums, flash tanks and Harps.
Now I am the manager of the biggest shop in MSA making thick wall pressure vessels (100 to 200 Tons), Heat exchangers and steel structures. About 100 workers (fitters, welders), two foremen and four lead hands, one warehouse with two storekeeper, one man responsible for planning and one expeditor and one secretary are under me. Technical aspects of my job which I must handle every day are related to welding (SMAW, SAW, GMAW, Arc gouging), fitting (Drawings, Level instruments & Theodolite, fitting instruments), machining like drilling, planning and quality controls.
2-Feb 1999 to Nov 2002 (2 Yrs & 9 month): manufacturing technology engineer.
During this period I was one of the about ten engineers responsible for developing WPSs (Welding Procedure Specificationes, maily according to ASME sec.IX, materials P numbers 1) and manufacturing, hydrotest and heat treatment procedures (ASME sec. VIII ) and Quality Control Plans for Pressure vessels and other steel structures made by MSA. I was Responsible for investigating problems and failures in weldings and solving welding problems during manufacturing process at Machine sazi Arak Company, Arak, Iran. During this period I worked on oil Storage tanks(dome and floating roofs), Regeneration gas fire heaters, pressure vessels, Incinerators and other similar produts.
3-Jan1995 to Feb1999 (4 Yrs): NDT engineer.
During this period I was one of the three engineers in NDT department responsible for developing test procedures for UT, MT, RT, PT and specially and mainly my duty was supervising and operating Ultasonic tests directly on the job , at Machine sazi Arak, Arak, Iran.

I have the experience of managing the fabrication operation of big size and heavy weight products such as "The two biggest arch bridges in Iran located at southern city Izeh, Iran, total weight around 6000 Ton", "Two gantry cranes for Ports and Shipping Organisation (PSO) of Iran each about 400 Ton. A lot of petrochemical towers with different weights up to 170 Tons and different heights up to 45m", various pressure vessels, " High pressure drums, Low pressure drums, Feed water tanks, Panels of Casings and Ducts, Stack for combined cycle power plants", "C2+ fractionators" and many other small size bridges.
I have good knowledge about fitting up, welding and NDT, especially UT.
I am honest.I am experienced, serious and like my job. I have good understanding of quality and have good interpersonnel skills. I like to be in new environments, specially international companies.I like to travel. The first priority for me is doing my duty as best as possible accordinding to the the agreements and our commitments. I know there are a lot of things that I can learn and so I like to learn more every day and improve my skills. My english language is fair. I am initiative and selfmotive but I know what is organization and I will act as a member of a team. I understand the limitations and the responsibilities of my employer. I like to be a part of a reputable and succesful group.
