As a Sr Project Lead Engineer had cost and schedule responsibility for a diverse range of projects from feasibility study to commissioning. Extensive experience in planning and scheduling, front-end engineering, detail design, construction support and client coordination.
Refinery units worked on, Crude, Vacuum, Platformer, Reformer, Alkylation, Penex, Sulfur Plant, Gas Oil Hydrotreater, Gas Oil Hydrocracker, FCC, Cokers, Waste Water unit, and Off site tanks

Technical Background:
Small & Mid capital projects (Total Installed Cost from $500,000 to $30 Million) in most refinery units, grass roots, revamp and retrofit projects, process studies and front end engineering design, technical service, troubleshooting, and utility systems.
Activities include: Hysis Modeling, Preparation of heat and material balances, Hydraulic evaluations, Process equipment sizing and specifying, and Preparation of Process and project Design Packages including preparation of construction work packages. Considered all major safety and environmental exposures related to the project and provided support during the construction phase. Excellent working knowledge of applicable industry standards such as ASME section I & VIII, TEMA, ANSI B16.5, ASTM, API 520, 650, and 2000, NACE and Piping Codes B31.1 and B31.3
