• Review all relevant drawings and specifications
• Review and approve relevant drawings and specifications such as AWS, API, EEMUA
• Prepare field instructions
• Prepare materials purchase lists
• Work with yard personnel, customer, engineering, etc to resolve any fabrication problems.
• Ensure the yard is supplied with the correct materials and drawings to meet the schedule requirement.
• Monitor and report progress
• Prepare and monitor clearing of structural punch lists
• Raise revision orders and provide job number to the yard personnel
• Co-ordinate the floor planning to ensure compliance with the overall plan.
• Implementing quality assurance principles as well as maintaining quality standard for component and finished good
• Providing training to factory personnel
• Promoting teamwork between all functional groups and facilitating product excellent through education, guidance, auditing, and inspection functions
• Support Manufacture Manager by overseeing the tactical management of workshop operations, quality programs and factory adherence
