? Almost 3 Years of practical experience in welding and Non-destructive testing as a Metallurgist.
? Able to effectively interpret Radiographs, Metallographs, UT scans and PWHT reports as per governing code and applicable specifications.
? Experienced in developing Preliminary as well as final WPS, Commencement of Welding Procedure Qualification tests and Welders’ Qualification tests, as per governing code and applicable specs.
? Able to enhance company’s revenue by effective welding cost estimations, welders’ evaluation and deployment for production welding and minimization of weld repairs, by providing successful strategies.
? Thorough understanding of Welding Metallurgy.
? Confident in interpretation of ASME IX, AWS D1.1, ASME B 31.3, ASME `, ASME V, ASME VIII and ASME B 31.8 codes.
? Practical hands on experience in fiberglass fabrication techniques like hand lamination, compression molding and vacuum molding.
? Fluent in English speaking, with good communication skills.
