Presently working as a QA/QC Painting/Insulation Inspector for OL2K ETHYLENE PROJECT (NEW PLANT CONSTRUCTION) and responsible to manage all Coating and Insulation related activities, Quality Control Inspections for the entire part of Ethylene plant which includes Ethylene, Propylene Spherical Tanks, C2 & C3 Splitters, Utility facilities, Cracked gas compressor, Cracker Furnace, Pumps etc.

OTHER PROJECTS :

RAS LAFFAN OLEFIN PROJECT. Client: M/s. RLOC. Project. Total Area ¡V 100,000 Sq. M of Piping and Steel Structure Supports.

RAS LAFFAN LNG COMPANY. Protective Coating and Painting for Sea Water Intake and Jetty Areas at Ras Gas Onshore Facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Blasting & Painting Activities:

ľ Responsible for carrying out Blasting & Painting Inspection activities for all Projects as per the relevant specification and Standards.
ľ Controlling of Blasting & Painting activities as per the specification & clients requirements.
ľ Familiar with International Standards like ISO 8501-1, SIS 055900, SSPC & NACE, ISO DIS 8503-5, ASTM D 3359 etc., PDO specifications like SP-1246, DEP 30.48.00.31 Gen. & DEP 70.48.10.10 Gen.
ľ Responsible to maintain latest revision of specification and contract requirements.
ľ Performing Quality Control functions as per QCP and liaising with Client for their inspection.
ƒæ Responsible for preparation of Quality Control Plan and Work Procedures as per client¡¦s specification and requirements.
ľ Responsible to maintain valid calibration status for all inspection instruments and maintaining & updating records of all inspection instruments.
ľ To conduct Induction Course for Blasters and Painters.
ľ Final Inspection, preparation of daily Blasting & Painting Inspection Reports & Certificate of Conformity.
