I am responsible for;
Costing:
- Management of inventory system, making sure that all receipts and dispatches of raw materials and finished stocks have been accounted for.
- Evaluation of the raw materials.
- Evaluation of the company's finished goods stock.
- Preparation of trade offers and consumer promotion campaigns keeping in view the profitability and other relevant matters.
- Preparation of feasibility reports for products.
- Pricing of products.
Budgeting:
- Product wise forecasting of sales on yearly, quarterly basis and monthly basis.
- Preparation of annual expense budget for various departments of the company.
- Carrying out various variance analysis required for budgeting and forecasting.

Worked from 1st. April, 2004 to 15th August, 2005. I was responsible for managing the accounts related matters of ‘customer service centres’ in an efficient and effective manner. Key responsibilities include;
- Compilation of annual expense budgets, taking into consideration the previous year’s results i.e. actual expenses v/s budget, the analysis of variances and expected growth rate of business activities.
- Follow up of monthly expenses v/s the budget variances.
