As an Instrument and control Engineer, I have professional skills in DCS (Yokogawa, Provox /DeltaV), PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley) and Rotork SCADA & ESD System and Field instrument, I feel confident of the skill I can bring to your opening.
In addition to pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineer from Engineer University Lahore Pakistan, which will be awarded in July 2001, my background also includes:
•Installation of new project of Petrochemical Plant in Pakistan, responsible for installation, configuration of Delta V DCS system and field Instrument.
•Installation of new project of Chemical plant in Saudi Arab, responsible for design, installation, configuration of Rotrok ESD System, Rockwell Controller and Scada system and Allen Bradley PLC. Establish communication of Rotork ESD system to third party System for monitoring via modbus.
•Well skilled experience in programming in Siemens Simtaic PLC and Allen Bradely PLC.
•Maintenance and troubleshooting experience of Continues running petrochemical plant in Saudi Arab and Pakistan
•Experience of Utilities Area: Compressor, water treatment, Conveying system, Nitrogen generation system, Cran system
•Upgrade the PROVOX DCS system of Emersom Process Management to Delta-V system of existing petrochemical plant.
•Well skilled in modification in logic of running plant for plant improvement and calibration/trouble shooting experience in filed instrument.
