Application for the post of QA/QC Engineer or Inspection Engineer

Capable of carrying out vendor inspection, review and approval of vendor documents such as ITPs, NDT documents, WPS/ PQRs, carry out vendor access / ISO audits

Presently Iam working as a QA/QC Engineer at Petrofac International Ltd., Sharjah, UAE. and recently I was deputed to to European countries like Spain (Bilbao), Italy (Milan) to sort out the quality issues at various vendor premises.( From 07th June,2006 to 06th July,2006)

I have good experience in the field of Quality assurance and Quality Control. Iam a Mechanical Engineering Graduate, In addition to this Iam a ISO 9001:2000,Certified Lead Auditor (IRCA approved ),

I have more than eight years of experience in the field of Welding inspection, inspection of various piping materials, pressure vessels, structurals, for the Oil/Gas Gas processing projects & pipeline projects as per various codes and stds, Quality documentation as per ISO stds. Remaining as an efficient internal auditor and also involved in the vendor evaluation audits at Pressure vessel manufacturing companies and have experience in impressive client interaction during meeting.

Previosly I was working as Inspection Engineer at M/s Velosi Certification Services, Abudhabi, UAE., from July,2002 to May, 2004. In which I am involved in the Inspection & Coordination for the various items for the various clients such as Petrofac,BAPCO, ADCO, GASCO, ZADCO, NPCC, Technip, Dodsal, Adgas, Ramsis etc.

Earlier I was working with M/s Al-Hassan Engineering Co. (S.A.O.G.), at Muscat, Sultanate of Oman as a Quality Assurance Engineer involved in the Quality documentation for the various oil /gas pipeline projects and have thorough knowledge in understanding the requirement of the various clients.

In India I was working as a QA/QC Engineer at M/s Aban Construction Pvt Ltd., Chennai, India which is the leading Oil/Gas Pipeline construction company, where I was involved in Inspection and Quality Assurance for various Oil & Gas projects.

Iam a Bachelor's degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, have eight years of Oil / gas Company oriented experience.

CSWIP –3.1 " CERTIFIED WELDING INSPECTOR "
CWI from Welding Research Institute, Bharat Heavy Electricals ltd.,(BHEL),Trichy, India and Certified ASNT Level -II in Radiography Interpretation, Ultrasonic testing,Magnetic Particle testing & Dye Penetrant Testing.

I also have valid UAE & International four wheeler driving licence and International Working Experience with countries Gulf ( UAE, Oman), Europe ( Italy, Spain ) Etc.,
