PROFESSIONAL OBJECTIVE: - A position as Mechanical technician providing the opportunity to make a strong contribution to organizational goals through continued development of professional skills.

Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company Ltd (ADGAS),
Abu Dhabi Das Island, U.A.E. From 19th April 2003.
Working as a Mechanical Technician with the above named
state of the art LNG plant for Euro Mechanical and
Electrical contractors, a reputed man power supply
company. Completed 3 years and working with them till
date with 90/30 rotation.
National Organic Chemical Industries Ltd.,Mumbai India.
From 1st September 1989 onwards started working with the above named petro chemical company, completed 3 years of apprentice training in the trade of mechanical maintenance and worked with them till Feb 2003.

Educational Qualification:Passed H S C in March 1988 with 62.67%
N.C.T.V.T in the Trade of Maintenance Mechanic Chemical Plant (Passed in Dec 1992) with 78.4%.

At Nocil I have been sufficiently trained in safe working practices for the safety of self and co-workers and the safe handling of equipments. I have experience of working in shifts. We are also trained for fire fighting.

As a craftsman I take independent decision of repairing or replacing damaged parts and further analyzing the root cause of damage. I am also trained in obtaining spares from warehouse. In ADGAS I have successfully completed a course in Permit to Work system and have good knowledge of safety permit procedure, house keeping and use of PPE forms a part of work culture. I have also undergone training in Sabre Contour BA (Breathing Apparatus) which is important in hazardous jobs.

I have working experience on all rotating equipments in the central workshop and various plants such as OLEFINS, ETHYLENE OXIDE AND ETHYLENE GLYCOL, SOLVENTS AND ALCOHOLS, PVC PLANT, DEMINERALISED WATER PLANT, EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT, AIR SEPARATION PLANT, BOILERS, LNG-LPG PLANT, UTILITY FOR LNG PLANT, BOILER SHUTDOWN AND START UP, DESALINATION PLANT, NITROGEN PRODUCING PLANT, SEA WATER INTAKE PLANT.

The boilers in NOCIL were of make Foster Wheeler and produced 62Kg/Cm2 steam pressure having balanced Draft and is oil and gas fired & In ADGAS the boilers are of make Foster Wheeler of single drum radiant type Forced draft natural gas fired producing 365 tonn/hr of steam at 65 bar pressure at 440oC.

In Sea Water intake plant worked on cooling water pumps with capacity of 165000 m3/hr and fire fighting pumps with capacity of 1650 m3/hr

Also worked in Power Generation plant producing power of 105 MW by 2 steam turbine driven generators and four Frame 5 gas turbine driven generators of 17.5 MW each
