Job Responsibilities Undertaken

· Be involved in developing, testing and debugging of "Easy Banking", The Banking System of DCCL that is presently running at several branches of Janata Bank and Sonali Bank in Bangladesh. Easy Banking has been developed under the Client-Server concept using Visual Basic 6.0 as front-end and SQL Server 2000 as back-end.

· Trained the Bank’s staffs. The training course consists of Fundamental of Banking system, Operating system and the operation systems of the Banking software ‘Easy Banking’. Responsible for maintaining the database and (Local Area Network) LAN.

· Providing quick support regarding ‘Easy Banking’ problem over telephone.

· Installation and trouble shooting all Branch PC’s and Server’s. Providing quick technical support to branches.
