Job Profile:
• Assisting Accounting Department to collect money from credit customers on time,
• Following up with credit customers, through phone, faxes and mail to resolve disputes and ensure that Accounting Department reconciles the differences
• Coordinate between Accounting Department and Customer
• Preparing sales and collection report,
• Qualitative verification of stocks, inventory aging analysis to highlight near expiry and old products,
• Ensuring prompt documentation,
• Coordinating with all the branches and drug-stores to ensure timely order and inventory control,
• Analyzing sales, product movement and coordinating for product replenishment.

• Chiefly responsible for control over movement of product into and out of the warehouse,
