E & I QA/QC Inspector

To seek challenges & gain more experience in oil & gas industry especially in E & I division.

Midstream Oil & Gas experience in international project which involve C3 & C12 Compressors & turbines, Incinerators, Fractionation, Analyzers, CCR, Utilities Facilities & other vendor’s erection processes & inspection/testing works. Downstream experience in Petrochemical projects involves Reactors, Primary & Secondary Compressor, till Silo & packaging, CCR & other utilities facilities erection processes & inspection/testing works.

My responsibilities include supervise the implementation of Quality Plans & Procedures, conduct all instrumentation inspection & testing activities to meet the projects’ Quality Plans & Procedures requirements, QC surveillance of construction ensuring that the project work procedures as per QA/QC plan are implemented, Preparation of all QA/QC inspection/testing reports, material inspection reports, calibration & loop check reports, punch list & non-conformance/damage reports, document maintenance for all revised documents & drawings, as-built drawing preparation & preparation of handover document towards the end of the project.
