-Prepare shut down plans for plant outages for vessel inspections, PSV calibration, maintenance and Engineering, including materials, direct and indirect labour, scaffolding materials, insulation and other support activities.
-Improve awareness of status of contracts in the C & P Department, identify problem areas and coordinate recovery solutions/plans.
-Prepare and implement a procedure of status reporting of contracts to satisfy the needs of USER departments and to inform KPO management.
-Liaise with C & P department managers to ensure proper resource levels are applied to each timeline activity. Advise C & P management of staffing levels required to achieve the level of work planned for the department.
-Liaise with London and Engineering departments to capture work that will be carried out by KPO for both Train 4 and Phase 3 projects.
-Recruit, train and mentor local personnel in the requirements of a Planning & Reporting section in the Contracts & Procurement Department. To support personnel in the introduction and use of new software packages and new developments required to successfully carry out our work.

-Responsible for operation of Maximo Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the Miskar offshore platform and Hannibal onshore plant.

-Generate and update a comprehensive suite of complex and widely varying technical, audit and departmental workload plans.
-Prepare short and long-term multidiscipline maintenance work plans giving consideration to materials, manpower, safety operation and support services.
-Create and control progress on the 18 Month Integrated Plan, the Business Improvement plan, the company yearly performance contract plan and BI– weekly Plan.
- Recording and analysis of equipment historical data.
- Responsible for Engineering workflow control and workload scheduling.
