Key Activities: -

· Implementation of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) self-assessment programs and work plans.

· Implementation of Dupont safety commitment programme.

· Conduction of USHEC committee meetings to monitor and foster progress on safety.

· Preparation of SHE Presentations, Training modules.


· Behavioral assessment of workforce based on the Dupont system of safety management.

· Preparation of trend analysis of the LTA’s/Ftc’s/Nm’s and implementation of countermeasures.
· Audits of factories, depots, offices in western region on OH&S, Dupont reality check.

· Training in TPM system & Kaizen methodology.

· Specialized safety training like Road safety training for the sales force.

· To prepare and review emergency action plan and disaster plan.

· Investigation of all accidents, near misses and recommend appropriate corrective actions to avoid re occurrence.
· To carry out routine/daily plant safety inspection.

· Devicing and implementing safety procedures at site according to the type of job.

· Implementation of health safety and environment regulations.

· Conduct safety induction training and tool box safety meting for engineers, supervisors and workmen.

· To carry out site safety audit, HAZOP studies, hazard analysis of construction site.

· Procurement of safety-first aid and firefighting appliances.

· To prepare and review site emergency action plan and disaster plan.

· Attending clients contractors HSE meeting, progress meeting and coordination meetings.

· To prepare and review safety guidelines for construction activities like working at height, Crane safety, rigging jobs, material handling, electrical safety, scaffolding, welding, Gas cutting and higher elevation jobs.

· Prepare and keep job safety analysis for all types of construction works.

Graduated in chemistry from Mumbai University
Advance Diploma in Fire & Safety Engg. From Maharashtra State Technical Board

DuPont course in safety management.
Diploma from C-dac institute in programming course
