Make the Annual Management Plan concerning Budgeting, Volumes, Mix, Industrial head count, Efficiencies, Waste reduction & disposal, Cost Analysis, Standard cost, Cost reduction projects, Investments, Risk & Opportunities, P&L, KPIs.
Ensures HSE policies and procedures relevant to Operations are implemented
Day to day follow-up the production volumes, quality of semi-finished and finished products and maintenance break down.
Plan, co-ordinate and direct the company bench-marking to enhance the business results.
Evaluate various business proposals presented from commercial and technical perspectives and their alignment with companyˇ¦s corporate strategic objectives, and make appropriate recommendations to the top management.
Approve and Control all the purchase orders of raw materials with Purchasing Dept. according to the planned stock control level
Performing complex Cost Controls activities and/or supervising the preparation of Cost Controls activities. Prepare the Monthly total cost of production with CFO and calculate the variances with the budget
