Professional Experience
Total 16 years of working experience in SIPCHEM(Saudi International Petrochemical Company) & IPCL(Indian Petrochemical Corporation Ltd). Presently I am working in SIPChem (Saudi International Petrochemical company) Saudi, for methanol and utility plant commissioning activity. During my small stay here I had procured 6 million dollars spares for 2-year operation. Preparing set up of maintenance dept. Checking total erection and pre commissioning activities for all rotating equipments. Preparing all check list, PM activity, SMP, criticality list, and maintenance philosophy for all rotating equipments for reliable operation of running equipment. Preparing pre commissioning and run on procedure for all rotating equipments. Presently I am working as a Rotating Equipment Engineer for their new Methanol project which is running for last one year and project commissioning engineer for second plant (Butanediol plant) which is under commissioning. Presently I am doing double role as project execution (BDO plant commissioned on Dec’2005) and also rotating equipment engineer (responsible for smooth commissioning of all rotating equipment and strategy development of reliability of rotating equipment with major maintenance tool e.g RCM, PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE,CONDITION MONITORING, PM & PDM TECHNIQUES,PRO ACTIVE & PRECISION MAINTENANCE, FMEA, ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS with SAP TOOL).Since it is a brand new company I am responsible for total maintenance strategy development of company with my Boss (GM Maintenance).The company is coming with many other projects. I was involved in commissioning of all rotating equipments including critical machines and successfully commissioned 1million TPA capacity Methanol plant & doing pre-commissioning activities of BDO (Butanediol) plant whose technology & licenser is Davy process technology.
Out of total 16 years experience first five years is in Maintenance of Naphtha cracker plant and gas cracker plant (Ethylene producing plant) of IPCL, Baroda Unit and IPCL, MGCC unit. Next eight years experience in Gandhar project and maintenance of Gas Cracker plant.
In the Gas Cracker Plant myself have done pre commissioning / commissioning activity.
I had done pre-commissioning / commissioning and than maintenance activity of all rotating equipments.
