Total Seven years of experience in various positions such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control & welding inspection of on-shore and offshore piping/structural construction jobs.
Familiar with International Codes and Standards with respect to fabrication, welding qualifications, welding inspection and testing.
Liaise with the company representative for the conduct of day-to-day quality related activities.
Carry out welder qualification test.
Pre Fit up inspection of piping and TKY joints.
Monitoring of production welding.
Final visual Inspection.
Review NDT reports.
Punch list preparation.
Monitoring of flushing, retro jetting, hydro testing and pneumatic testing.
Reinstatement inspection
Producing As-Built drawings and Documentation Dossiers.
