Professional Experience

June 2003:- All-Russian Exhibition “Oil & Gas 2003”. Preparing and presenting show-materials (catalogues and brochures), consulting about activity and production of company. Acquirements: Knack of communicating with people, ability to find, classify, process and present to not well-informed customer main information about company‘s activity.

January – June 2004:- OilTools Europe Ltd, Secretary. “Oil & Gas 2004” Exhibition. Working with income and outgoing correspondence, faxes and letters, receptionist responsibilities, computer treatment of working files(contracts, archives), translating documents (from Russian into English and vice versa). Acquirements: Team work, efficient performance and implementation of a task in proper time, maintenance responsibility documents.

July 2004:- Company Ontario, Sales Manager. Drawing up contracts of buying and selling with supplier and costumer, finding new relations abroad (negotiate with German, Americans companies), trading in equipment and chemicals for oil and gas companies and factories. Acquirements: Procedure of signing of contracts including INCOTERMS, scheme of money order and company’s finance, direct determination and satisfying of necessities through connecting with manufacturing department.

August 2004:- Company Petrotech, Sales Manager. Here I had one big project for Salym Petroleum Development. This company organised the tender “Equip laboratory for oil analysis”. Preparing specification for their requirement. Acquirements: Using all knowledge about oil-producing industry preparation of suitable business proposal, receiving practical skills about holding a tender

May – June 2005:- Company IRC Gazprom, Internship. I was invited to make the research “Gas – transport projects for Libya, Egypt and Qatar”. Acquirements: Creation of completed report on current situation using various channels of information in different languages (Russian, English and Arabic)


June-August 2006:- Baker Hughes, Financial analyst. I was invited to make the analysis of accounts payable and receivable, find out all week points and eliminate them.
