Job Responsibilities:
Payroll: Auditing of timesheets and entering them in the payroll database. Receiving pay-issues and queries from employees and providing feedback in a timely manner. Communicating with Corporate in resolving all payroll issues. Receiving & e-mailing all Direct Deposit forms of employees to Corporate for changes and updates. Printing & distribution of US timesheets on a weekly basis and FN timesheets on a bi-weekly basis.
Accounting: Responsible for Petty Cash & banking Operations. Preparation of Wire Requests for Operational Funds, In Country pay for US & FN employees as per scheduled dates in Finance Planner. Making appropriate cash disbursements for various payments through Cash Disbursement Voucher (CDV) for review and approval to Finance Manager. Collection of receipts, medical claims and payment to employees on a weekly basis. Preparation of Bank Letters for salary transfer (FN), Per Diem transfer (US), Vendor’s bank transfer and miscellaneous reimbursements to employees. Preparation of Monthly accruals based on Corporate month end close- out schedule. In- processing of new hired employees and briefing on Direct Pay Card forms, Bank account opening forms, timesheet procedures & policies. Preparation of Cash Flow Projections on a weekly basis and submission to Dubai office.
