Senior Commissioning/Process Engineer

A Senior Engineer position within the Petroleum Industry.

Twenty-Two years experience in the Petroleum Industry. Strong Management skills, including operations and basic systems engineering knowledge. Noted for my ability to complete assigned tasks on time. Specific experience includes:
• Possesses technical and practical knowledge of typical gas and oil processing operation as well as an understanding of basic systems engineering.
• Involvement in Petrochemical and Refinery process design, engineering, construction, operations and economics.
• Involvement in process calculations in sizing of pipe lines, control valves and other process equipment.
• Involvement in process safety reviews and HAZOPS and their closeout.
• Involvement in trouble shooting process/operational difficulties and the implementation of the appropriate solutions.
• Evaluation, development and execution of refinery project(s).
• Preparation of precommissioning / commissioning procedures in English with Word and Excel and carry out implementation.
• Supervision and control of Petrochemical and Refinery process units’ precommisioning / commissioning and operations.
• Commissioning of Crude and Vacuum Distillation Units, Fluidized Catalytic Cracker (FCC), Hydrotreaters, Reformers, Merox Units, Sour Water and Amine Treating Units, Sulfur Recovery Plant, Lube Base Oil Plant and associated equipment.
• Enforcement of Safety and Fire Protection Procedures and issuance of Work Permits.
• Good in oral and written English and a “Team Player”.
