• (1980 -1983) 3 years worked on Construction / fabrication job on Balikpapan, Jakarta and Batam Island as Pipe Fitter Foreman.

• (1984-1999) 15 years worked for Antlantic Richfield Indonesia (offshore) as Coordinator Production operator, was handling plant with producing rate 60.000 BOPD and gas Approx. 75 MMCF.

• (2002- till now) 4 years have been working for ConocoPhillips Indonesia Suban /Dayung/ Sumpal (onshore) as Senior Lead Operator (Panel board) on Suban, handling gas plant with producing rate 320 MMCFD and 4200 BOPD.


• Coordinate daily Gas plant activities and ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner complies with all aspects of the company safety and environment policy
• Monitor process parameters and make an appropriate adjustment when a deviation detected and or an upset condition occurred
• Ensure all process plant equipment and utilities equipment are in a good condition and in operable condition to maintain high reliability of the plant

- Conducted safety meeting to all crews. Pre-job meeting.
- Created daily reports, material Requests, safety reports.

• Act as a data technician to evaluate process data and adequate response to ensure stable operations and Prepare and accurate update for inputting into computer or other reports. Make daily production reports and check the accuracy of the daily reports.
• Participate in creating incident reports; take appropriate action to response incident investigation team recommendation to eliminate the same occurrence and to improve work safety.
• Testing safety equipment all alarm system at least once week to ensure plant operating safety and plant emergency preparedness.
• Responsible to produce Sales Gas, Export Gas and Oil within target and specification, notify any deviation of Gas Plant equipment and rectify as necessary to insure the optimum condition and operation with minimum down time.

• Responsible of maintaining wells performance to produce Oil/Gas as expected rate and perform analyzing process performance when abnormal condition occurred.
