• Worked in my Office “Pink Panther for Computer and Internet service’’ as manager and Technical support supervisor for 6 years.

" My responsibilities were: managing, training the employees to increase their working skills, maintaining and repairing computers. " (2001 – 2006)

• Worked in “Gulf Badr Group Agency for Shipping and trading’’.

" My responsibilities were: In incoming containers Section, Dealing with the customers and customs brokers, Preparing their documents and invoices for their goods which come on our ships and our navigational lines. " (2004)

• Member of management team of " Mobinil " in Port Said to management Fairs and marketing in POS during 6 years under distribution administration.

" My responsibilities were: The fair's management, included... Dealing with the dealers, Helping them to increase their sales and Handling any problems during the selling process, making the prices stable during the fair's period... Dealing with guests and guiding them during the fair, helping them to choose the suitable offer for their needs and Life style... Persuading guests to choose Mobinil and don't choose others without any insults to the competitors. (1999 – 2003)

• Participated as Volunteer in the Campaigns which had organized by Ministry of Youth.

• Managed the Computer and Internet Section in " Claket Co. for Entertainment and Internet Services " during 1 year. (1998)
