Senior Electrical Engineer

Seeking an opportunity to support as Electrical Engineer to energy company requiring electrical background for large scale Oil, Gas & Chemical plant projects, focusing on realising asset specific HSE, integrity, cost and availability performance.

A professional with over 17 years of experience in Refinery Utilities Plants, Electrical Maintenance, Electrical Plant Engineer and Electrical Project Engineer. Strong skills in utilities production, outsourcing of utilities, commissioning of power generation and distribution facilities, offshore facilities construction and commissioning. Design of electrical schemes, detailed calculations, equipment purchase, vendor document review and witnessing of Factory Acceptance Tests. Project development and scoping, alternative development and resolution, equipment selection, project bidding and contractor selection, construction oversight, management of change, safety and environmental oversight. Handling equipment replacement/upgrades. Advise on matters of specification, design, selection, procurement, application and maintenance, identifying potential hazards and proposing solutions to eliminate them. Able to master troubleshooting. Multitask and communications abilities.
