Management of the following areas: Accounts Payable/Receivable, Billing, Cash, Budget Control and Costs, Control of Financial Applications.

Coordination of accounting, tax and fixed asset activities in the implementation of account plans, project transaction registration, analysis and issuance of management reports to the head office, conciliation of accounts and issuance of trial balances.

Responsible for the Human Resource area, involving activities like the selection, recruitment, admission and dismissal of professionals, with an average of 5K employees per project.

Implementation of an electronic payroll and benefit system.

Implementation of a system to electronically control and transfer payroll/benefit data. Total responsibility for payroll/taxes/benefits up to the final transfer to employee bank accounts.

Provided services to large companies in the chemical and petrochemical segments, such as: Petrogal, Sttatsolie, Kemia, Monsanto and Rio Polimeros.

Development of a construction execution plan for the Administrative, Finance and Human Resource areas, implementing and managing the entire administrative infrastructure like transport, changing rooms, cafeterias, general services, etc.

Participation in the closure of commercial contracts as well as the contracting of suppliers, especially subcontractors.
