Currently Employed (From Dec. 2002)in Air Liquide Egypt, Alexandria division.
Main activities: •Trouble shooting & problems analysis of Two air separation units( ASUs) & vacuum swing vessels unit (VSA), using the P & IDs, loop & logic diagrams.•Prepare & execute the maintenance & calibration plan for the different instruments existed in the plant ( Analyzers, Weighing System, pressure transmitters , temperature transmitters, differential pressure transmitters, flow transmitter, Vibration transmitter & control valves)
•Responsible for logic administration & modification for DCS system (ABB Bailey system) & PLC (Siemens S7, S5 & Modicon a brand of Schneider electric)
•Prepare the yearly budget required for the instruments spare parts which provide safe & smooth operation.•Prepare technical specification, offers evaluation of instruments needed in new systems.•Responsible for the installation & commissioning of any new instruments (pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, differential pressure transmitter, flow transmitter, analyzers, control valve, weighing system & micro controllers)
•One of a team group constructing & finalize the ISO 9002 paper work.

Main activities:
•Responsible for Field instruments calibration and maintenance (Analyzers, Flow, Pressure, Temperature, differential pressure transmitters).
•One of a team group for constructing the ISO 9002 paper work (under construction).
•Responsible for planning and implementation the maintenance plan for the ASUs instruments.

•Responsible for Field instruments calibration and maintenance(Pressure, temperature, Flow, differential pressure, level transmitters & control valves)
