Participated in Pre commissitioning, Commissioning activities in Qatar Gas LNG Train # 1, 2 and 3 Loop checking, Calibiration, Preparation and Testing of Startup/Shutdown, Logical Sequence and interlocks in August (TMR) Systems, Trip checks and simulation of High Integrated Protection System (HIPS).
MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES :-

ƒ? Upstream condensate heaters and off gas compressors. As an Instrument Technician i am responsible for day to day maintenance activities of process Trains, LNG loading units. Calibration of transmitters, level trol, and control valves etc, Trouble shooting of field instruments. CCC Surge protection system and HIPS system. Periodic checks carried out in Trip Loop
2 out of 3 Voting system and status confirmation in DCS, Co-Ordinate with operation for preparing equipment to maintain and return to safe service.
Upstream - inlet receiving instrumentation in LNG plant.
