Responsibilities:
1. Preparing a detailed work scope for the engineering design contractor. (ENPPI, KBR& TECHNIP)
2. Establish the design criteria.
3. Review technical specification as required.
4. Detailing requirements for soil investigation.
5. Participating in the selection of a geo-technical consultant and supervising the work.
6. Reviewing and approving the design work of the contractor.
7. Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and codes.
8. Assisting in the preparation of structural material purchase documents.
9. Reviewing bids for materials and recommending selection of suppliers.
10. Reviewing construction bids.
11. Providing technical supervision of field work.
12. Understanding the key projects drivers and being fully aware for the project safety, reliability , time and cost goals.
