09.2001 – present Safety engineer, for SONATRACH / Drilling Division (the national oil & gas company) at Hassi Messaoud.
I am in charge of:
• Rig and environment inspection;
• Perform risk assessment, JSA “ Job Safety Analysis” ;
• Perform audits, accident and incident investigation;
• Hazards identification, pre job meeting, toolbox;
• Check and test fire-fighting equipment (extinguishers, fire pump, etc.);
• Check lifting equipment (crane, forklift, slings, chains, hooks,…).

12.1998 – 09.2001 Safety engineer, for KANAGAZ (construction company of pipeline transmission and distribution networks). I was in charge of:
• Check lifting equipment (pipe layer, crane, forklift, slings, chains, hooks,...).
• Perform risk assessment, JSA “ Job Safety Analysis” ;
• Perform audits, accident and incident investigation;
• Hazards identification, pre job meeting, toolbox;
• Check and test firefighting equipment(extinguishers, fire pump );

I supervised the following projects in petroleum safety:

• Rhourd el baguel – Mesdar project: (pipeline 20" ?, 34km length) for SONATRACH-ARCO.
• Installing oil treatment centre (CTH), ROM for SONATRACH – AGIP.
• Installing a Turbo generator for SONATRACH – AGIP / BRN (El borma), with a satisfaction letter.
• Supervising the intervention team for SONATRACH-ARCO & BP AMOCO at Rhourd el baguel.
• OHANET development project for BHP / ABB / PETROFAC.
