(Electrical Field and maintenance Engineer)
Plan, supervise and coordinate all Maintenance activities on electrical equipment, troubleshoot electrical problems and supervise electrical technicians, and contractor staff in the assigned area.
Ensure availability of tools, spares and consumables for all the activities, updated drawings, carryout review of electrical procedures & instructions and assist for the maintenance of documentation system.
Carry out detailed engineering; prepare scope of work & technical evaluation for extra and major maintenance. Analyses of the periodic shutdown work plans and integrate it with other sections for solution the problem.
Working in oil & gas processing plants
Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting for air compressor, separators, pumps, gas compressors, air coolers, heater treaters, cathodic protection, earthing, lighting?K?Ketc.
Working in Power Generation & Distribution
Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting for MCC (low voltage motor control center), medium voltage circuit breakers, power transformer, UPS, Emergence Diesel Generator, power cable,?K?Ketc.
Working in ESP
1. Make up assembly (installation) and lay down (pulling) of REDA and CENTRILIFT equipment.
2. Make up assembly (installation) , lay down (pulling) ,commissioning and troubleshooting of Phoenix down hole multi sensor
4.Commissioning, start up of VSD?¦s (GCS Electrospeed II 4000,4500?Kmodels)
5. Commissioning, start up & troubleshooting of different ESP motor controllers (centrigaurd, vortex100, vortex GCS, KO95?K).
7. Test (megger & high put test), repair and splice all types of ESP power cables
8Managing inventory of ESP equipment and consumable materials.
10.Attend the tear down of ESP equipment (REDA, CENTRILIFT) at different workshops to evaluate the equipment performance and know the main reason of failure which helps to select the Wright equipment for the application and increase the life time..
Working in diesel generator
•Disassembly, assembly & troubleshooting for all generator (caterpillar) series 3406C, 3412C (24, 44, 60, 256, 292,400,480?K. KW)
•All troubleshooting with (EMCP II) Electronic modular control panel
