pipelines, piping plants, steel structure & maintenance of static equipments. NDT and Painting Inspection

Dir-Ez Zor Petroleum Co(DEZPC). TOTAL Syria

•Construct & maintenance more than 250 km (2", 3", 4", 6", 8", 10", 12", and 16") line pipes, flow lines, wellheads, gathering stations, well pad & manifold connections.
•Piping drawing, fabrication, installation & repair.
•Supervise execution of integration project (install separators, filtration units, pumps).
•Supervise execution of fixed roof tanks repair in accordance to API 653 in addition to API 650.
•Supervise work activities (construction / dismantling) in new projects or in maintenance of static equipments.
•Participate supervision of environments projects:
1-Treatment of radiation polluted soil through NORM project under supervision of Syrian atomic energy committee.
2-Construction of waste land fills and waste gathering areas for all DEZPC stations in accordance with ISO 14001.
•Follow work permit system and make job safety analysis with experience in NORM areas and facilities and deal with oily polluted areas.
•Prepare monthly and weekly work schedule for contractors and determine manpower & equipment needed for different jobs.
•Arrangement with other departments for work scheduled. Ensure work progression in accordance with company's safety & quality rules.
•Make final punch list, Material issue and / or receipt.

Syrian Petroleum Co. (SPC)

•Prepare and issue requests for field special parts (spare parts, small tanks, special bearing……).
•Prepare specification of vehicles and heavy equipments (cranes, trucks, back hoes….) as a member of requisites committee.

•Damascus University / Syria - Pre master Diploma in production's automation 2000 with grade: Very Good.
•Damascus University / Syria - B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering 1999 with grade: Good.

•CSWEP Painting inspector grade 2.
•Level II in ultrasonic Testing according to the ASNT SNT–TC–1A.
•Level II in Radiographic Testing according to the ASNT SNT–TC–1A.
•Level II in magnetic particle testing according to the ASNT SNT–TC–1A.

•Apply quality procedures and international standards.
•Good experience in using standard and codes API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM and AWS.
•Supervise welding, painting, coating and hydro-testing activities.
•Arrange Weekly, Monthly Progress Report.
•Recommend changes and improvement to Project manager.
•Reviews materials requests raised by users and spare parts requirements for new projects.
•Coordinate development & updating of procedures and reports regarding the specific jobs.
•Monitor overall progress of the project (By activity, resource, cost, etc).
•Provide training and coaching to staff under my supervision.
•Arrange with contractor and other departments for the following activities: Areas of concern, Project Milestone, Shop Drawings, Description of construction activities, Engineering status, Procurement status, Construction status, Resources.
