visually and by standard instruments.NDT inspector Personal Conduction of the periodic(PM)NDT surveys by UTS on the equipment and vessels Carrying out Inspections Using MP,Welding&Pipe Inspection, Dye Penetrants, Vacuum Test, Coating&Paint Inspection.Chemical Treatment & Lab Analysis During This Period, Occasionally due to lack of man-power monthly biocide Slugging & Down Hole treatment and carrying most of the chemical analyses. Including corrosion monitoring & installation of the access fittings and the monitoring elements. During this period, I have been involved in many projects as
1. BIG JABEL Reducer Station; Supervision in preparation, Sand blasting & painting Procedures.
2. ZAWIA Receiving Station; I was involved in this project in inspection of the all facilities in the
area, sand blasting and painting.
3. 18’’ Hamada to ZAWIA M.O.L; I was involved of replacing a section of M.O.L
4. 18’’ Hamada main Shipping Line; I also was involved in Internal Inspection by using intelligent
Pig, start up & analyzing data, also Visual inspection and UTS inspection was carried to some
points were chosen from the results obtained from data provided by intelligent pig.
5. Supervision of recondition 7 Telecom Towers located along main oil line from Hamada oil filed
to ZAWIA Refinery.
6. Follow Up 2 Projects at MELITHA Gas Plant As Subcontractor for DITESMANN & BONATI in General
Maintenance services Contract With ENI OIL
