I carry along more than 23+ years’ experience in the various industry having worked on a diverse range of projects in Middle East and Asia region, from oil and gas project management to civil engineering, building and other works. Scope specializes in project management, project controls, expert advice and assistance on planning, costing, commercial and contractual matters, provision of professional services and assistance with loss & expenses, conciliation, mediation, dispute resolution and contract administration services.

Also covers experience encompasses in detail project management, pre and post contract administration, project supervision, and claims preparation and negotiation. Experienced in most forms of oil and gas projects onshore and offshore hook ups till first oil, construction contracts including design and build, construction management, claims and traditional forms of contract.

Expert in establishing trust & rapport with clients and fostering long standing relationships. Steer project management towards profitability through outstanding cost management and planning. Strong team leader involving team spirit of camaraderie to deliver optimal results. Liaise with high profile clients. Ensure bottleneck-free execution and operations. Successfully managed and completed over 50 ships including on shore and off shore FPSO/FSO projects for various partners and shipping experts. Able to deliver under pressure in a fast paced environment.
