- Company Accountant (from 1991 to present)

• General Accounting – Financial Accounting
• Accountant to (Kafou Company for Technical Services)
Specialized in Electronically works & Power Stations-supply and implementation.
Agents of Siemens (Germany) GTT Technologies.
• Accountant to Kafou Foundation for constructions (Foreign Agent) and the Saudi partner – Joint Venture

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

 Prepare and submit monthly Financial Statements.
 Reconcile and Analyze Balance Sheet Accounts.
 Process and Analyze monthly Trade Receivables.
 Process monthly aging analysis.
 Process monthly billing to 3rd party and Inter-Company.
 Prepare accrual for month end closing of the books.
 Process monthly payroll, employee’s vacation and or final pay.
 Banking requirements (i.e. payment transfers, check encashment, etc.)
 Perform all other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
 In charge of making Accounts Receivable & Commissions for the agents.

Siemens, Fiat Avio, Linde AG (Germany) and LG (Construction)
- Arabic Accountant (from 1991 to present)

• Translate the Accounts from English into Arabic and vice versa and making full reports in accordance with the English print-outs as well as establishing a full Arabic system.
• Follow up relationship between the Group and the Banks.
• Dealt with the Saudi Government requirements specially the books of accounts to be in Arabic system which has to be followed by all companies, therefore I make sure that our Accounting system follows this requirement.
