Duties and responsibility:-
a. Schedules, coordinates and supervisors work crews and individual performing production related activities.
b. Assists in the selection, training and evaluation of assigned employees, oversees daily attendance/time card and work activity records. .
d. Responds to and investigates complaints regarding products quality.
e. Performs field inspections to ensure products quality and conformance with standards.
f. Oversees contract work. .

L. Recommends and drafts orders for materials, supplies and equipments.

Job title: laboratory assistant

Duties and responsibility:-

a. Carry out all analysis items on the bases of the requirement of field production.

b. Records all chemical and consumables used in the laboratory and ensures all Materials Safety Data Sheet for chemicals are readily available and all procedures and guidelines prepared by foreman of laboratory are followed.

c. Performs standards tests and analysis of crude taken from production locations to determine Density, water and sediments, salt content, , viscosity, pour point, etc

d. Performs standards tests and analysis of formation water taken from production locations to determine physical properties including color?Codor?Ctransparence?Csediment and PH value?Gas well as ion analysis including OH- ?CCO32- ?CHCO3- ?CCl- ?CSO42-?CK++Na+?CCa2+ ?CMg2+?CSalinity ,Water Type, etc.

e. Performs standards tests and analysis of natural gas taken from production locations to determine composition, etc.

f. Participates with Forman of laboratory in checking the chemical inventory at all facilities and the warehouse.

h. In charge of delivering the lab consumption from warehouse when necessary. Responsibility for record the status of all lab equipment, reagents, glass vessels, related accessories and material.

i. Follows the instruction from the Lab supervisor.

j. Carries out other similar or related duties on the basis of requirement.

BSC (honor) degree in chemistry Sudan University of science and technology- 1998 – and now I have been registered to obtain MSC in crude oil chemistry from Sudan University of science and technology.
