• Computer simulation using Hysys
• Good understanding of process equipments- did assignments in pumps, compressors, reactors, and distillation units.
• Good knowledge in oil refining economics and technology. Covered this in details in my MSc thesis. Used GAMS optimisation software to develop optimisation refinery-planning model
• Process equipment sizing/specification and development of PFDs and P&Ids.
• Compiling HAZID report. Gathered and analysed information on Health and Safety Performance of FPSO, Identified and recommended risk reduction measures
• Involved in a feasibility study of Process Intensification in the manufacture of nitrated organic compound by following the PI methodology structure to produce the study
• Successfully completion of projects within the MSc course requirements. Worked in many projects simultaneously.
