I am ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor IRCA Registered with extensive experience in implementing and maintaining process approach based quality management system, with the focus on customer satisfaction and continual improvement of the QMS through regular scheduled audits, annual management review and by collecting and analyzing performance data, identifying root causes and implementing corrective/preventive actions and follow-up. Also my experience covers quality control activities, NDE and welding engineering.
