Senior Operation Production Engineer or Senior Production Planner

A hard- working and highly motivated with a wide operation experience in onshore oil, gas and water production facilities as well as excellent computer skills. Well organized and able to take responsibility.

Supervises monitors and controls safe operations of The Central Production Facility (CPF) in Tanak Field is designed to handle the production from 7 remote gathering stations. The treated crude oil is metered via four Field Metering Facilities Then the treated crude oil is transferred to the oil storage Tanks, where the oil is pumped into oil pipeline for export, the Produced water is treated and pumped into water injection wells, the separated gas is compressed for delivery to gas plant and the excess gas flared automatically.

Responsibilities:
•Supervision, and manage day-to-day activities in assigned facilities.f
•Liaising with all operational sections including drilling, well services and field operations.
•Monitoring individual well performance, daily production/injection volumes via PDMS.
•Reviewing daily/ monthly Production reports and Achieving our target of oil, gas and water.
•Identifying problems and bottlenecks affecting production performance.

•Compliance with the HSE requirements and ensure all activities is carried out in accordance with HSE policies and permit to work system.
•Building team work and maintain good relationships.
•Ability to improve the operational performance and reduce maintenance cost (raise Plant Improvement Request).
•Managing permit to work systems (cold work, Hot work, confined space/ vessel entry…. etc).
•Generate well test and daily production reports using Production Data Management System.
•Ensure operation of assigned facilities is running smoothly and solving technical problems.
•Mentor and motivate junior staff within the competency assessment framework.
•Maintain personnel database including development plan (produce IDP and staff appraisal).
•Ability to follow P&ID, PFD, C&E and hazardous area classification drawings.
•Ability to produce shutdown and startup procedure.
•Ability to control the hazards of allowing work in H2S/ NORM areas.
•Apply Job Hazard Analysis & Risk Assessment for major activities.
•Ability to be On Scene Commander (OSC) during an emergency case.
