Projects :

• PT KPC facilities plan/ management/ construction/ maintenance such as Wharf Repair, Ablution Block, Washing Pad., Extension Custom Office, Extension External Relation Office, Pontoon for remote area, New Tyre shop, Relocated Tyre shop, Dump Body Repair shop, New Coal Mine Office, Housing Extension, Housing Development (Houses and Public Facilities), Town Hall Development etc.

Responsibilities :

• Review drawings for construction.
• Check budget calculation for projects.
• Check technical specification for projects.
• Check bid documents, conduct pre bid meeting and decide the best bidder for project construction.
• Check projects performance as technical specification related to manpower, materials, equipments, duration and budget.
• Prepare capital expenditure application in plan or out of plan for the projects.
• Assist other departments in managing their facilities projects.
• Assist consultants or contractors in understanding the scope of their projects.
• Ensure safety are carried out in all works entire PT KPC.
• Etc.

Engineer (gold mine company)

Projects :

• Gold mining facilities construction/ engineering/ maintenance as living quarter, multi purpose building, office, explosive warehouse, plant, settlement pond etc.

Responsibilities :

• Check and ensure all drawings are ready for execution.
• Coordinate surveyors for elevation, layout, boundaries of building location.
• Coordinate contractors for site preparation.
• Take care problems on site to be solved by shop drawings.
• Make daily report, weekly report and other paper works to Construction Manager.
• Maintain schedules of building as manpower, materials, equipments, duration and budget.
• Maintain facilities that has been built.
