Erection, Commissioning & maintenance of various panels and Equipment’s used in the plant
? Erection & commissioning of ABB. MAKE Generator control relay panel for 24.725MW-turbo generator having protective relays (REG316, make-ABB., microprocessor based, SPAD-346- make ABB. & various Aux. relays) for its protection and also involved in Relay Co-Ordination scheme.
? Involved in Erection, Commissioning & maintenance of Digital voltage regulator (make- BHEL-EDN), 2X50 KVA UPS along with Servo control voltage stabilizer (make- Tata lie Bert), Rectifier controller panel (BAPCON controller and RAPCON controller) panel for smooth and easy operation of ESP.
? Having commissioning and testing experience on LT panels (make-L&T, Siemens), HT panels (make-Siemens) including their protection using various numerical microprocessor & Electromagnetic relays for its Protection (7SD600, 7RW600, 7SJ602 of Make Siemens, MM30, MC31A, MV12, of make L&T etc.)
? Involved in the Erection, commissioning and testing of Power transformers (32 MVA, 11KV/6.6KV & 15 MVA, 132KV/6.6KV of make BHARAT BIJLEE), Auxiliary distribution
Transformers (2 MVA, 6.6kv/415v of make VOLTAMP) and ESP transformers (rating-58.548 KVA of make HIND RECTIFIER).
? Having hand experience of 132Kv Switchyard and knowledge of Synchronizing.
? Commission LT. and HT drives (including Dual speed, VFD etc.) up to 600kw along with their control panels
? Having hand experience on Motor operated valves (MOV) of makes Limitorque, Rotork & Auma as well as electrical hoists.
? Involved in the commissioning of Bag filter fan provided for fly ash silos.
? Having brief experience of shunt reactor of make shrihans Ltd. provided for power factor improvement.
? Having knowledge of muffle furnace of make sheetal electrical provided for coal sample testing in DM PLANT.
? Having Knowledge of lighting earthing calculation and its quality work.
? Also involved in working of cable schedule of thermal power plant.
? NGR of make (S.R. Narkhede) and NGT of make (Control & Switchgear).
? Lighting distribution AC as well as DC.
? CO2 system Generator (make NEW FIRE LIMITED) having 5x45Kgs cylinders.
? Include in the commissioning of VFD Panels provided for PA Fan and ID FAN’s

diploma in electrical engineer and presently doing AMIE (last samester remaining)
