Participating in the commissioning/start-up activities and performing classroom and on the job training for new gas processing complex including: inlet facilities, MP & LP slug catchers, test separator, condensate stabilisation, condensate splitter, gasoline sweetening (UOP Merox), MP & LP sour gas dehydration, fuel gas sweetening/amine regeneration, fuel gas dehydration, flash gas compression, acid gas recompression, sour gas export compression, condensate storage and export units.
The training of the above units was done with the aids of Operating Manuals, Process Operating Guides, Process Flow & Instrumentation Diagrams, Vendor Documents, other technical documents and with practical demonstrations.
It consisted in general overview of units, equipment details (characteristics), process presentation, unit operation, process control, plant features , operation explanation including: initial start-up, normal operation, planned shutdown, emergency shutdown, re-start following planned shutdown, re-start following emergency shutdown, routine operational checks, chemical materials, health, safety and environmental information and precautions.
Testing methods used in training process: really performed activities, interview about procedures, simulated activities and recognition activities.
