Career Development Officer

Recruited as a Career Development Officer to Abu Dhabi National Oil Company's offshore operating company, Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA OPCO). ADMA OPCO's Das Island facility is the hub of oil and gas production, processing, storage, pumping, and terminal delivery for Bunduq, Umm Shaif, and Zakum Fields off the coast of Abu Dhabi. I oversee the competency development of approximately 130 national operator, technician, and engineer trainees on Das and Offshore. I also coordinate the drafting of professional development plans for employees designated for promotion.

Training and Development Programs
 Conduct task analysis of target posts--including interviewing line managers and subject matter experts (SME)-- in order to create competency development programs.
 Monitor performance by checking logbooks, preparing quarterly progress reports, following up.
 Counsel trainees regarding problems faced during their development period.
 Manage quarterly progress reporting with Das, Umm Shaif, Zakum Teams as well as Al Hyleh Barge.
 Prepare orientation and training programs and attachments for trainees, ATI graduates, potential candidates, students from HCT, UAE University, and the Petroleum Institute, Government Departments, ADNOC as well as other GCC nationals.
